SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

Thank you for choosing CAPRIA Studio. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your order reaches you with the utmost care.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Domestic Shipping – Doha, Qatar

 

A delivery fee of QAR 50 applies to all orders within Doha.

 

Please note that this delivery fee is paid directly to the delivery service provider responsible for delivering your order and is not part of CAPRIA Studio’s services or operations.

 

International Shipping

 

A shipping fee of QAR 150 applies to all international orders.

 

 

 

Alteration Policy

 

• Any alteration request must be submitted within 2 days from the date of receiving the item.

• Alterations will be completed within 5 business days from the date the item is received by CAPRIA Studio.

• If the alteration is required due to an error made by CAPRIA Studio, we will cover all alteration and shipping costs.

• If the alteration is required due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or any customer-related request after receiving the item, the customer will bear all alteration and shipping costs.

• All alteration requests are subject to inspection and approval.

• Alteration requests submitted more than 7 days after receiving the item will not be accepted.

 

 

Order Processing

 

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

 

Order preparation time: 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

 

 

 

Delivery Time

 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.

 

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

 

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond the control of CAPRIA Studio. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

 

 

Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient’s full name, address, and contact details.

 

CAPRIA Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

رسوم الشحن

 

داخل الدوحة – دولة قطر

 

تُطبق رسوم توصيل بقيمة 50 ريال قطري على جميع الطلبات داخل الدوحة.

 

يرجى العلم أن رسوم التوصيل تُدفع بالكامل لشركة التوصيل المسؤولة عن إيصال الطلب، ولا تُعتبر جزءًا من إيرادات أو خدمات CAPRIA Studio.

 

الشحن الدولي

 

تُطبق رسوم شحن بقيمة 150 ريال قطري على جميع الطلبات الدولية.

 

سياسة التعديلات

 

• يجب تقديم طلب التعديل خلال يومين من تاريخ استلام القطعة.

• يتم إنجاز التعديل خلال 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام القطعة لدى CAPRIA Studio.

• في حال كان التعديل ناتجًا عن خطأ من CAPRIA Studio، فإننا نتحمل جميع تكاليف التعديل والشحن.

• في حال كان التعديل ناتجًا عن قياسات غير صحيحة مقدمة من العميلة أو بسبب رغبتها في تعديل المقاس بعد الاستلام، تتحمل العميلة جميع تكاليف التعديل والشحن.

• تخضع جميع طلبات التعديل لمعاينة القطعة والموافقة عليها.

• لا تُقبل أي طلبات تعديل بعد مرور 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

 

معالجة الطلبات

 

يتم البدء في تجهيز الطلب بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع بنجاح.

 

مدة تجهيز الطلبات: من 10 إلى 15 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

 

مدة التوصيل

 

تختلف مدة التوصيل بحسب وجهة الشحن.

 

وعلى الرغم من حرصنا على تسليم الطلبات ضمن الفترة المتوقعة، قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات الخارجة عن إرادتنا نتيجة إجراءات الجمارك أو شركات الشحن أو الظروف التشغيلية المختلفة.

 

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب

 

بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، يتحمل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم إضافية تفرضها الدولة المستلمة.

 

تُحدد هذه الرسوم من قبل الجهات المختصة في بلد الوجهة، وهي خارج نطاق مسؤولية CAPRIA Studio. لذلك ننصح بالتحقق من الأنظمة المحلية قبل إتمام الطلب.

 

معلومات الشحن

 

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح وكامل، بما في ذلك الاسم ورقم التواصل والعنوان.

 

ولا تتحمل CAPRIA Studio أي مسؤولية عن تأخير أو فشل التسليم الناتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

تحديثات السياسة

 

تحتفظ CAPRIA Studio بحق تعديل أو تحديث سياسة الشحن والتوصيل في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

 

ويُعد إتمام الطلب موافقة ضمنية على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
